The epic of our company is based on the need of change and the need of continuos improvement on performance. We decided to start the partnership quitting from Big Multinational Companies in which we were feeling static and unempowered.     The company was involved in different projects with SMEs as well as international companies.
    The client company’s key success factor is the ability to deliver 100% tailored results in relation to the clients’ needs. For this reason, the professional to be hired had to show a solid track record of previous experiences in terms of adaptability and client management. Other requirements included: Angular JS proficiency, middle seniority (at least 3 years of experience) and willingness to pursue a long-term professional path with the company.

    ACTION: once agreed on the required characteristics, the consultants started the hunt and proceeded with the one-to-one interviews. The research provided 15 profiles, of which 3 has been proposed to the client.

    RESULTS: the client has successfully hired one of the Blue Partners proposal, considering the possibility to hire the other two for similar roles. Besides the technical skills, the client appreciated the soft skills of the resource who has been immediately capable of joining the existing culture. The project, due to the urgency of the situation, has been started and completed in 16 days.

    Web services multinational company engaged Blue Partners in finding a Senior Backend Developer available to relocate in north Europe from the HQ country of the company. The need was to hire people of the same nationality in order to encourage integration in the new country and to build a strong team for long term management needs. The professional to be hired had to show a strong technical portfolio in developing the backend of several web and e-commerce projects. Also, it was required a strong academic background (degree in computer sciences or equivalent).
    Other requirements included: previous experiences in large teams, at least 4 years of experience.

    ACTION: once agreed on the required characteristics and technical stack, Blue Partners procedeed with the one-to-one interviews with particular focus on the motivation for a relocation and the soft skills needed to successfully integrate in a new team, a new country and a different culture. The research provided 11 profiles, of which 6 has been proposed to the client. They all had a strong internal motivation to think about a relocation and the potential to become team leaders.

    RESULTS: the client has successfully hired one of the Blue Partners proposal, appreciating the high technical level of the candidates and their personal skills.  The project has been started and completed in 56 days.

    A national company required Blue Partners to identify a new project manager to lead a team of six developers. The resource was supposed to fit a new role within the organization dealing with multinational clients and leading a team of developers introducing the agile/scrum approach of project management. The company key success factor was the high technicality and specialisation in a niche industry. For this reason, the professional to be hired was required to bring into the company high technical skills, adaptability, pro-activity and resilience.

    ACTION: during the kick-off meeting, the consultants collected information about the industry and the strategy of the company by meeting the key persons of the company (CEO, COO, CFO) and they had a 1-hour group meeting with the six developers the new resource was required to lead.
    Once agreed on the required characteristics, the consultants proceeded with the one-to-one interviews. The research provided 8 profiles, of which 2 has been proposed to the client.

This led Blue Partners to shape the project by focusing on high potential professionals with the needed soft skills for best exploiting the situation.

    ACTION: despite the high number of positive matches, the consultants managed to engage in the recruitment process only those who had previous experiences in the client’s main competitors or held key roles in internet companies with similar strong business culture. The research provided 6 profiles, of which 2 has been proposed to the client.
